At the South Coastal Rowing League race held on October 16th Tim Chesworth finished second in the Men's singles.
" A fantastic result for Tim " said coach Alun Stedman.
"Tim was beaten by sculler Will Loftus who came sixth in the World Championships two weeks ago, and Tim himself beat other scullers who had also represented Great Britain at the same championships"
" This just shows how well Tim is doing and how he has been steadily improving through hard work and commitment to training."
" I hope Tim's achievements so far will be an encouragement to other club scullers - Tim has shown what can be achieved if you get the chance and are prepared to put in the training."
" Well done Tim"
